Returns & Exchanges

LAPOINTE accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through the portal to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your receipt; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
